Located in the middle of the Uco Valley, Andeluna was founded in 2003 and is owned and operated by the Barale family. The modern winery sits on 80 hectares of land and is dedicated to making big, busty wines, while focusing on old world varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Chardonnay, as well as Malbec and Torrontes. It is currently recognized as one of the top producers of high-quality wine in Argentina.

Andeluna is designed like a large French chateau and offers magnificent mountain views of the Andes with vines as far as the eye can see. Its wines focus on its distinct terroir: the unique geographical and geological identity of Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza. This region’s attributes include rocky, calcareous and mineral soil, typified by the incomparable weather and marked with wide diurnal temperature swings due to high altitude. The location allows Andeluna to create diverse varieties for exceptional production.

The essence of Andeluna’s brand is referenced in its name: ANDE (mountain range), a unique high-mountain terroir which produces the perfect fruit, and LUNA (Moon), a magical and inspirational source for the creation of great wines.
