Experience – Bodega La Azul – Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina.

Bodega La Azul began as just a vineyard, selling harvested grapes to local winemakers. Today La Azul is a thriving boutique winery with a reputation for high quality red wines and attention to detail. The winery continues to use old fashioned artisanal techniques, and if you visit, the winemaker himself will walk you through the facility and its processes himself.

La Azul also has a parrilla style (barbecue) restaurant next door, where you’ll enjoy the hospitable service, gourmet cuisine, and spectacular views. Pair your meal with a bottle of Azul Reserva, which is a blend of malbec and cabernet sauvignon that’s been aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels. The restaurant is a great way to spend a few hours after the winery tour, eating delicious food and drinking amazing wines.
