Salar de Chalviri is a salt flat located in the heart of Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve in the Potosí Department of southwest Bolivia. It has an elevation of approximately 4,398 m (14,429 ft). At the based of Salar de Chalviri sits the Termas de Polques hot springs while the Salvador Dalí Desert is located to the southwest of the salt flat.
